Onnix raised her hand to her mouth as she giggled at Axel. She wasn't about to let them have all the childish fun. She couldn't remember being a child, so acting like one seemed justified, even deserved. Onnix dove under the water and swam toward the hippo where Axel was perched. She held out an appetizing looking plant and coaxed the hippo to dive back under water, spinning, and throwing Axel into the pond.

Onnix raised her head from beneath the water's skin and squirted a stream of it between her two front teeth like a fountain. After her mouth was emptied she laughed light heartedly, swimming away from the encroaching shadow of Axel swimming to catch her. This was everything youth should be.

His hand swiped at her ankle and he choked, sending a spew of bubbles to the surface.

Onnix let out a loud yelp before being completely submerged. "That ass," she thought while blowing bubbles out her nose and swimming fiercely after him in a strange action resembling chasing one's tail.
